Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machining equipment, ensuring product quality through continuous monitoring and inspections.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, monitor for quality and unusual conditions, and understand machining tools, speeds, feeds, and operation sequences.
• Inspect products using precision measuring tools throughout production.
• Demonstrate dependability, strong work ethic, ability to follow directions, and work effectively in a team environment; willing to cross-train and train others.
• Prioritize workplace safety, maintain daily housekeeping, complete required paperwork, and be flexible with overtime and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
