Responsibilities

• Operate machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into specified components.
• Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools.
• Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts.
• Perform inspections before, during, and after production using measuring tools to ensure materials meet exact specifications.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Maintain material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards (e.g., 5-S practices).
