Machine Operator 2nd shift PU
About the role
As a Machine Operator I, you will be responsible for the manufacture of parts per manufacturing unit specifications in an accurate and timely manner utilizing manual and semi-automatic machine centers. You will report to the Production Manager and be part of the Production team. This position works on a team of about 6 people.
Responsibilities
- Observe and follow safety rules.
- Operate equipment in a proficient manner.
- Able to read blueprints.
- Maintain clean work area.
- Report machine malfunctions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Requires mathematical skills.
- Positive team spirit.
- Learning agility.
- Ability to deliver what is promised.
- Ability to build relationships through collaboration.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
