Responsibilities
The Machine Operator is primarily responsible for efficiently operating packaging machinery to produce various products according to customer specifications. This is a 2nd shift position Monday‑Thursday 3:30 pm‑2:00 am, with a shift differential of $1 per hour.
- Read and understand daily production schedule and material requirements.
- Transport needed packaging materials to production area.
- Set-up and operate packaging equipment with correct materials and product based on order specifications.
- Safely and efficiently stack finished product where required.
- Meet daily production requirements.
- Perform periodic quality control checks
