Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Schedule

• 1:30 p.m. - 12 a.m., Monday - Thursday
• Some overtime required

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures
• Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
• Efficiently keep production running on night shift, for production on 1st shift
• Ensure finished work is neat, orderly, and repeatable
• Ensure work space is clean, safe, and in working order

Requirements

• Positive energy and self-starter attitude
• Able to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills
• CNC, press brake, or punch operation experience required
• Proficient with hand tools
• Physical stamina and strength; ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Proficiency in English
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay

Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience (plus 2nd Shift Pay Differential). Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
