- Mixer Machine I: $19.20/hr - $23.03/hr - Sets up and operators a cutting machine to cut large sheets into smaller sheets, packing and palletizing them. 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Interfolder Machine II: $22.74/hr - $27.26/hr - Sets up and operates interfolder machines to fold, stack and package paper products. 1 year machine operator experience.
- Sheeter Machine II: $22.74/hr - $27.26/hr - Operates and monitors sheeting equipment that converts large rolls of paper or material into accurately sized sheets, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safe production. 1 year machine operator experience.
- Sleeter Machine II: $22.74/hr - $27.26/hr - Sets up and operates sleeter machines to cut large rolls of paper, film, foil, or other materials into smaller rolls or widths according to customer specifications, while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. 1 year machine operator experience.
- Slitter Machine II: $22.74/hr - $27.26/hr - Sets up and operates slitting machines to cut large rolls of paper, film, foil, or other materials into smaller rolls or widths according to customer specifications, while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. 1 year machine operator experience.
- Bag Machine Machine III: $22.74/hr - $27.26/hr - Sets up and operates bag-making equipment to produce bags to customer specifications, while monitoring quality, making machine adjustments, and ensuring safe, efficient production. 1 year machine operator experience.
- Waxer Operator Machine IV: $24.80/hr - $29.79/hr - Operates wax-coating or wax-processing equipment, applies or forms wax coatings/patterns to product specifications, and performs quality checks to ensure consistent production standards. Flexographic Printing Experience Preferred.
Pay
Pay is starting rate; consistent with applicable law, actual offer is based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
AAC reserves the right to modify pay ranges at any time.
Shift Options
- 1st / Day: Mon–Fri 7:00am – 3:00pm - None
- 2nd / Evening: Mon–Fri 3:00pm – 11:00pm +$0.75/hour
- 3rd / Midnight: Sun–Thu 11:00pm – 7:00am +$1.00/hour
- Saturday/Sunday: Sat–Sun 7:00am – 7:00pm +$1.70/hour (Sat/Sun); applicable weekday differential on the extra Fri or Mon shift
- Rotating Days: 4 days on/4 days off 6:00am – 6:00pm - Shift differential applies for hours worked per shifts above
- Rotating Nights: 4 days on/4 days off 6:00pm – 6:00am - Shift differential applies for hours worked per shifts above
What You'll Need to Be Successful
- Able to read and understand manufacturing orders (MOs), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and other written work instructions; basic math and computer skills.
- Excellent mechanical ability and manual dexterity – ability to use hand tools highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Non-temperature-controlled environment.
- Pull, push, lift, move, and adjust products/materials up to 50 lbs.
- Periods of long standing, walking, and consistent lifting.
- Work with sharp tools; hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes required.
- Safety, hygiene, and cleanliness strictly enforced.
