Machine Operator 1 - 2nd Shift (Onsite)

What You Will Do

• Operator will work in Vane Hole Drill operations
• Operator will follow work instructions provided
• Operator will demonstrate understanding of quality and production
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of machine shop practices, methods, and techniques
• Works from drawings and sketches and uses advanced shop mathematics and a variety of precision measuring instruments
• Work from drawings and operation sheets and use decimals and fractions and a variety of precision measuring instruments

What You Will Learn

• Ability to operate a variety of production machines. Machines may include Drilling, CMMs, Airflow, Waterflow, or various other processes
• This position will require performing routine operations
• Working on the production line you will produce blades and or vanes as well as perform all quality checks
• These positions require shift work and ability to work overtime when needed

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS Diploma/GED
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

• Previous Manufacturing experience preferred but not required for the right candidate

This position is classified as Onsite. Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
