About the role
We’re seeking a skilled and self-motivated Machine Millwright to support our high-performance golf ball manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll independently troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex industrial equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. You’ll play a key role in enhancing equipment reliability, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with a dedicated team to drive production excellence. From preventive maintenance and system modifications to fabrication and diagnostics, your versatility and technical expertise will help shape the future of our manufacturing process. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex industrial equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Enhance equipment reliability and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform preventive maintenance and system modifications
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to drive production excellence
- Fabricate and diagnose equipment issues
Requirements
- Trade school diploma preferred
- 3–5 years of industrial equipment repair experience
- Strong technical background with own trade-related tools
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical production equipment

Pay
Pay Range: $37.25-$44.60 per hour
