What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of our model training infrastructure for advanced Data Science applications in manufacturing
- Collaborate with engineers across multiple departments on model design and hardware selection for efficient compilation and execution
- Build scalable and reliable pipelines to deploy models and monitor performance metrics in a production environment
- Keep up-to-date and conduct research to identify new ML training approaches and incorporate these into our platform
- Provide technical guidance to teams within Manufacturing's data engineering / software community
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++ with 5+ years of experience in Software Development
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining production-grade ML infrastructure
- Experience working with training frameworks and understanding of modern machine learning concepts
- Experience working with ML compilers
- Experience with distributed computing and big data analytics
- Experience leading a software product from concept to production
