About the role

We are seeking ML/AI experts with a PhD to train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. You will be paid up to $150/hr per AI task completed. Tasks require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.

Requirements

• PhD (or PhD candidacy) in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
• Strong subject matter expertise and ability to work through complex, technical problems
• Willingness to narrate your thinking out loud
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer
• A PayPal account to receive payments

Responsibilities

• Work through complex problems while narrating reasoning process out loud
• Screen-record your approach to problems
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and reasoning quality
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback
