Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

This role will focus on supporting research-driven machine learning work across experimentation, evaluation, and technical analysis. You will partner closely with researchers to improve infrastructure, interpret model performance, and identify failure modes that inform the next round of experimentation. The position also requires strong coordination across the team to communicate experiment status, manage parallel workstreams, and translate results into clear updates for external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers on existing infrastructure for various operations
• Characterize neural network quality and identify failure modes
• Stay updated on current research trends and technologies
• Coordinate with the team to convey experiment statuses
• Manage multiple concurrent experiments and forecast timelines
• Review results and propose improvements for future experiments
• Draft technical reports with qualitative and quantitative data for external stakeholders

Compensation

$150,000 – $250,000 annually
