Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents to automate and optimize labor-intensive workflows.
- Empower the human workforce to discover new capabilities through AI.
- Support programs with R&D and customer-facing goals to accelerate the transition of novel research and solutions into impact.
- Create software to facilitate AI agent communication, integrating models and agents with external services via API calls.
- Test, debug, deploy, and monitor AI systems in target environments.
- Utilize a variety of open-source models, agentic tools, and proprietary models to develop innovative solutions.
- Create novel approaches to securing agentic workflows and evaluating their outcomes for accuracy, performance, and impact.
- Achieve compliance with ethical guidelines, transparency, and fairness principles in AI systems.
- Apply knowledge of generative AI models, including prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and NLP tasks like entity extraction, summarization, and semantic search.
Requirements
- Active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with CI polygraph.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, containerization (Docker/Rocky Linux), and developing & managing API endpoints (REST and FastAPI).
- Experience with developing agentic AI workflows/systems using Langchain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents, Pydontic, UVicorn (webserver), and Streamlit (web apps).
Qualifications
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience with cybersecurity (Mandiant).
- AWS Cloud experience.
