What You'll Do

• Construct precise, well-structured reasoning logs that walk through complex technical problems step by step.
• Document sequential decision-making workflows — showing how an expert strategizes, selects tools, and arrives at solutions.
• Generate high-quality training datasets that demonstrate proficient tool use and systematic problem-solving for AI models.
• Audit and refine AI-generated reasoning steps, catching logical gaps and improving overall coherence.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.

Who You Are

• Professional background in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex reasoning processes in a clear, structured, and reproducible way.
• Strong critical thinking skills — you can spot flawed logic and know how to fix it.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and consistent in your approach to technical problem-solving.
• Comfortable working independently without hand-holding.
• Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant field.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data labeling, or AI evaluation workflows.
• Familiarity with LLM behavior, prompt engineering, or AI training pipelines.
