Machine Learning Engineer - AI (Remote)

Remote contract role with a global leader in the Technology, Information and Internet industry, building AI solutions that drive business decisions.

About the role

Design, build, and deploy AI models and scalable machine-learning pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems, optimize performance, ensure data quality, and maintain model governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines for end-to-end model lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate models into production systems.
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards in model development.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$30 – $160/hour
