We're initially focused on mobile gaming, where development moves fastest, users are most engaged, and experimentation has immediate impact. It's the ideal proving ground for our platform.
Responsibilities
- Shape core systems in behavioral modeling, causal inference, forecasting, agentic platforms, and more.
- Build ML- and AI-based behavioral models to detect and surface product opportunities.
- Ship learning loops that improve themselves with every release.
- Model how users feel, think, decide, and do - translating behavioral signals into opportunities that make products more intuitive, engaging, and rewarding.
Requirements
- Customer-obsessed: Connect with the user's pain points, needs, and aspirations throughout user journeys, measure success in user outcomes, and translate findings into more innovative and more engaging product experiences.
- Scientific Builder: Fluent in both theory and production, from behavioral model design to product development process.
- Craft and excellence: Dive into messy data, prototype quickly, and iterate until the insight sings.
- Impact mindset: Balance scientific rigor with "it ships today, iteration on the way" pragmatism.

Qualifications
- 3+ years (or equivalent experience) in applying machine learning in cognitive science, computational neuroscience, behavioral economics, or consumer behavior modeling.
- Fully fluent in deep learning for multimodal time-series data (e.g., behavioral, contextual, transactional, visual, neural).
Skills
- Deep understanding of behavioral science, cognitive science, and machine learning.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex problems into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
