Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA, MIOSHA, and Company safety standards.
• Build and manufacture quality blow molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and sub-assemblies using various tools and equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repair of building/installed equipment as assigned.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, and production personnel to resolve manufacturing problems and report material shortages.
• Operate power equipment and material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.).
• Interpret blueprints, develop specifications, and create sketches of parts or products to be manufactured.
• Submit daily time accounting, payroll information, and other required paperwork.

Requirements

• Two (2) years' job-related experience or skilled trades technical certification.
• Experience with large assemblies and industrial machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in metric and inch systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge and computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
