Machine Associate/Operator - $22/hr + BENEFITS (POV)
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machinery
- Monitor equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
- Perform basic machine maintenance and adjustments
- Hand stack pallet stock and assist with heavy manual labor
- Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a production team
Requirements
- Prior machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to perform intense physical labor throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in high-temperature conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, stack, bend, and stand for extended periods
