About the role
This position is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create and manage company profiles on various social media platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content creation.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle high volume of emails and messages.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms.
