About the role

This position is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and manage company profiles on various social media platforms.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO and content creation.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle high volume of emails and messages.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
