About the Role & Position Overview

As a highly skilled advisor, you will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work with a high‑performing team to create impact through in‑store events and ensure the store consistently meets high visual‑merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high‑quality customer service and beauty consultations to in‑store customers.
• Execute visual‑merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in‑store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (proof required upon hire/interview).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or beauty‑industry experience.
• Familiarity with a retail sales environment and customer‑facing service execution.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor, converse with customers, and handle product packaging and display materials.
• Frequently required to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lb.
• Dynamic, fast‑paced retail store environment with standard lighting and ambient noise levels.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.00 to $36.00, depending on experience, skills, education, budget, and geographic location.
