Latitude is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join a prestigious boutique law firm in Boston, MA. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts and should reside near Boston to attend court appearances and depositions as needed.

This is a remote position offering flexible part-time or full-time engagement, with the potential for permanent placement. Latitude Attorneys work on contract engagements, serving as peer-level legal professionals with the skill and experience expected of a permanent member of a corporate legal department or law firm.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil defense litigation, specializing in business litigation
- Thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm environment
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Requirements
- 4+ years of business litigation experience, preferably at a large law firm
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in Massachusetts
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials

Pay
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 or more on a full-time basis. Contract pay is determined by factors including experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market demand, and candidate preference.
