M365 / Collaboration Platform Administrator

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants securely
• Manage SaaS platforms such as OneDrive and SharePoint
• Govern and maintain the Power Platform environment
• Apply data protection and compliance settings across platforms
• Manage agency email architecture with advanced security measures
• Use PowerShell and automation for efficient platform configuration
• Perform quarterly reviews of platform configurations
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams for Zero Trust model compliance
• Maintain documentation for platform configurations and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of M365 administration or SaaS platform management
• 3+ years in configuring Microsoft 365 tenants
• 2+ years managing Power Platform environments
• 2+ years supporting federal IT programs
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain Public Trust background investigation

Pay

$108,006 – $183,610 annually
