M2S2 SETA - Sr Reliability Engineer

About the role

Maintain and enhance product reliability through rigorous testing and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to identify and mitigate potential failures.
• Perform failure analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with development and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions.
• Document findings and contribute to the development of best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Experience with reliability engineering tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab).
• Knowledge of ISO standards and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Reliability engineering principles and practices.
• Statistical process control (SPC).
• Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
