About the role

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel’s kitchen facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Perform cleaning tasks including but not limited to mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and dispose of them properly.
• Assist in organizing and restocking kitchen supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
