M&M'S Mall of America - Seasonal Retail Associate

M&M’S Mall of America is seeking Seasonal Part-Time Associates for immediate hire, with employment lasting at least until early January 2027. There is potential to extend into a permanent position based on business needs and job performance.

About the role

Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor, including character, character buddy, cashier, selling, and merchandising positions. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge, and determination to create an unforgettable experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional experience for guests in various sales floor roles.
• Drive daily sales and metrics while maintaining a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Communicate and share information effectively with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, quality, loss prevention, and emergency procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be excited to work in a fun, fast-paced environment and create positively unforgettable guest experiences.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior education or retail experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
• Resourceful self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Schedule

• Store hours (may extend during the holiday season):
  • Mon - Sat: 10am - 9pm
  • Sun: 11am - 7pm
• Flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
