About the role

Seasonal Part-Time Associate positions at M&M’S Las Vegas for the 2026–2027 holiday season, running through at least early January 2027. There is an option to extend into a permanent position with benefits.

Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor, including character roles, greeting guests, cashiering, selling, and merchandising. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge, and determination to create an unforgettable experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional experience for guests in various roles (character, welcome/greet, cashier, selling, merchandising).
• Drive daily sales and metrics while maintaining a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Communicate and share information effectively with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, quality, loss prevention, and emergency protocols.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• Must be excited to work in a fun, fast-paced environment and create positively unforgettable guest experiences.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior education or retail experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse groups.
• Resourceful self-starter who can adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
