About the role

We are currently seeking an M Club/In Room Dining Server (IRD) - PT who is passionate about the food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities

• The go-to person for guest in-room dining
• Takes guest orders and relays special requests to the kitchen
• Ensures everything is delivered just right
• Uses excellent phone etiquette to gather necessary details for processing orders smoothly
• Communicates and verifies orders with the kitchen using our point-of-sales system
• Coordinates and promptly delivers amenities to ensure guests have everything they need for a great stay

Requirements

• Food Safe and Serving It Right certification
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• A team player who can also work independently
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and weekdays

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service and/or restaurant service is preferred
