Prosperity Partners ("Prosperity") is a Chicago-headquartered professional services firm offering best-in-class tax, accounting, transaction advisory, and personal finance services to dynamic businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. With offices throughout the United States and private equity backing, Prosperity is seeking energetic interns to support our growing practice in Vienna starting June 2027.

Prosperity Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) is a specialty M&A consulting firm that provides expert M&A services to middle-market companies, guiding them in buying, selling, or growing their businesses. We offer top-tier industry experience, particularly in Aerospace, Defense Manufacturing, and Government Services.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the M&A lifecycle and attend M&A, technical, and relationship skills training.
  • Apply skills and knowledge gained in training directly to client service projects.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve client service project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in client service projects by collecting financial data, building databooks in Excel, and supporting financial data compilation and analysis.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings alongside experienced professionals.
  • Actively communicate and provide upward feedback.
  • Perform various administrative and support tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with approximately one year left until graduation.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and financial accounting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and Word).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial formulas, etc.).

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $30 USD - $40 USD
