About the role

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. The team works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions creating lasting impact. IT Diligence is part of Deloitte's M&A Transaction Strategy and Diligence (TS&D) Offering, within our broader Strategy & Transactions practice. Our IT and Product Technology Diligence Specialists are focused on delivering successful, informed business decisions by identifying the key IT and software risks and opportunities associated with the most challenging M&A transactions. The M&A team advises corporate and PE clients across inorganic growth/divestiture scenarios through M&A strategy, diligence, integration/separation planning and execution, financial and modeling services, and transaction financing.
