Department Overview: Supply Chain M&A Department – The Supply Chain M&A Department drives growth and operational continuity by managing end-to-end supply chain strategy across mergers and acquisitions. We lead comprehensive due diligence to identify synergies and manage risks, while executing seamless integration strategies across procurement, logistics, and operations to ensure the full value of every deal is realized. Central to our mission is supporting newly acquired team members—delivering a welcoming, structured transition that helps them acclimate quickly to MSI’s culture, systems, and operations.
