As a leading M&A Advisory firm, we focus on buy and sell mandates with deal values between 1 and 50 million euros in the mid-market. Our team is passionate about guiding and supporting entrepreneurs through transactions. We are therefore looking for a dedicated M&A Consultant to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

As an M&A Consultant at Victoris Corporate Finance, you play a key role in the success of our clients and our company. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough analysis of financial statements to identify value drivers within companies
• Maintaining close contact with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives
• Performing business valuation processes to determine the value of transactions
• Preparing high-quality sales memoranda to provide optimal and in-depth information
• Identifying and approaching potential buyers that match the specific needs of each file
• Conducting negotiations and closing deals in collaboration with the deal lead

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, we ask for the following:

• Strong affinity and experience in the corporate finance sector, with a proven track record in M&A transactions
• A master's degree in a relevant field with an excellent academic track record
• An open, effective yet modest communication style
• An MBA or CFA qualification is considered an additional asset
• The ability to establish and maintain valuable business contacts as a true networker
• An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on diverse tasks in a growing company
