M&A Analyst | Remote

Position: Investment Banking M&A Advisory Type: Contract Compensation: $175 - $300/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive company and industry research to inform data-driven AI training initiatives.Perform and review buyer or target screening, comparable company analysis, and financial modeling tasks.Build, update, and troubleshoot detailed Excel-based valuation and transaction models.Prepare and edit materials akin to client presentations or pitchbooks.Analyze and critique sample materials for numerical errors and provide actionable feedback. Requirements Have strong relevant experience in M&A or industry-coverage teams at leading investment banks.Substantial hands-on exposure to live acquisition or sale processes with high-quality analysis.Demonstrated ability to produce and review analytical and presentation materials.Mastery in Excel modeling, including troubleshooting and scenario analysis.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
