About the role

This onsite opportunity requires a generalist scope of practice, supporting employees through a wide variety of conditions related to work or personal challenges. The customer environment is dynamic, with evolving support needs and potential new service requests during the contract term.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment from a private, on-site office
• Conduct manager and clinical consultations
• Support urgent or same-day assessments as needed and when available
• Maintain conscientious adherence to confidentiality, local laws, regulations, and industry guidelines
• Comply with professional standards and workplace safety
• Coordinate and communicate with Lyra team members and the employer’s key contact
• Develop and facilitate brief psychoeducational trainings or “lunch and learns” for employees (in collaboration with the employer and Lyra)
• Participate in customer-sponsored events such as tabling, marketing opportunities, or initiatives
• Leverage the Lyra platform for care documentation and schedule management

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or Doctorate in clinical psychology from an accredited institution
• Unrestricted license (able to work independently, without supervision) with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action
• Skilled in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, Exposure therapy)
• Experience working with engineers, technicians, manufacturing personnel, construction, IT, food services, facilities, operations, and their dependents (spouses and children)
• Previous experience delivering trainings, teaching, or public speaking
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Experience working with both adults and minors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing mental health clinical consultation
• Previous EAP (Employee Assistance Program) experience
• Experience developing content for presentations

Schedule

Contracted at 8 hours per week, weekly on Wednesdays. Requested start date: as soon as possible.
