About the role
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing in-home pediatric care with G-tube, Trach, and Vent management.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collect, analyze, and document health data and potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience preferred.
