LVN Supervisor - Mental Health 103

This supervisory position provides recovery focused services

To change lives, this supervisory position involves providing recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. This includes working alongside Behavioral Health Specialists and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

• Supervise the work of LVNs/LPTs
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols
• Administer medications as directed by physicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Shifts Available

Shifts are available full-time, mornings only, and every other weekend. The schedule is flexible and can vary.

Expected Starting Wage Range

The expected starting wage range for this role is $34.43 - $42.52 per hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges, and the pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certificate
• Two (2) years of LVN/LPT experience in a health care environment
• One (1) year of supervisory experience
• At least 18 years of age
• CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
• Valid driver license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment
