This supervisory position provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician, working with Behavioral Health Specialists and LVNs/LPTs.

Villa Fairmont MHRC is a 96‑bed licensed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center serving adults aged 18‑65.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certificate
• Two (2) years of LVN/LPT experience in a health care environment
• One (1) year of supervisory experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
• Successful completion of an applicable post‑offer physical examination, 2‑step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification
• If the position requires driving: valid driver license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance at time of employment, maintained throughout employment
