LVN's Needed - AM/PM/NOC Shifts

About the role

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team. We provide compassionate home care services to pediatric and adult patients across San Diego County. We offer flexible schedules, ranging from full-time, part-time, and PRN positions, including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Document patient care in accordance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during home visits.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered LVN license.
• Hold a current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• Pass a TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Have at least twelve (12) months of hands-on nursing experience.
• Have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) is required but can be obtained through Aveanna after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months) is required.
• Twelve (12) months of hands-on nursing experience is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Schedule

We offer various shifts including AM, PM, and NOC (Night On Call).

Pay

The pay rate is $30-35 per hour, depending on the case.
