Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
- Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
Responsibilities
- Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure
- Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations
- EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices
- Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient
Requirements
