Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering patient care and performing back‑office duties.
• Room patients in a timely manner.
• Record vital signs, perform lab draws, and document reason for visit.
• Check voicemail and process messages throughout the day.
• Prepare charts for physician review with incoming reports.
• Obtain and review medical records to ensure requested testing is complete.
• Order medical supplies and maintain stock in patient rooms.
• Process referrals and pre‑authorizations.
• File incoming dictations and labs after physician review.
• Call in prescriptions at physician’s request and communicate with pharmacies as needed.
• Document patient interactions and actions in charts.
• Schedule procedures with hospitals and radiology departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Technical/Vocational school education program for preparing LVNs (required).
• 1+ clinical experience (preferred).
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification (required).
• Basic Life Support – CPR (BLS) certification (required).
• Physical requirements as outlined in the facility’s Physical Requirements document.

Pay

Pay range: $21.86 – $40.64 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time, Day shift. Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
