LVN Night Shifts - 12hr

Hourly Pay: $38-$42 / Blended Hourly rate $44-$49 for night shifts (8pm-8am). All nights currently open; looking to fill 7 nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with G-Tube, Trach, and Vent required.
