LVN - Night Shift

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for night shifts to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, as well as monitoring signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes, collecting and analyzing health data, and documenting diagnoses. Qualifications required are current LVN licensure in the practicing state, TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification. Preferred candidates have at least one year of professional nursing experience.
