About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for night shifts to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes
- Collect and analyze health data
- Document diagnoses
Requirements
- Current LVN licensure in the practicing state
- TB or Chest X-Ray clearance
- BLS certification
Qualifications
Preferred candidates have at least one year of professional nursing experience.
