About the role
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) responsible for providing skilled nursing care during night shifts, primarily from 8pm to 8am, three nights a week.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Deliver care according to prescribed orders
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes
- Collect, analyze, and interpret health data
- Document nursing diagnoses
Qualifications
- Current LVN license in the practice state
- Valid BLS card
- Recent TB or Chest X-Ray
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience
Skills
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, skilled nursing care
- Adherence to prescribed treatment plans
- Effective communication with healthcare team
