Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional long-term and rehabilitative care.
Qualifications
- Current and active California LVN license.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
