About the role

The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse provides direct patient care under supervision, following care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans and document accurately
• Educate patients and families
• Coordinate home health services
• Use equipment efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Prepare clinical notes
• Report patient concerns promptly

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program
• At least three years of nursing experience
• Active licensure as an LPN/LVN
• Current CPR certification
• Compliance with professional standards and organizational policies
• Ability to meet driving requirements
