LVN/LPN On-call all shifts

Shift Differentials

• 3% for evening shifts
• 5% for NOC shifts
• 7% for weekend shifts

What Makes This Position Special

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Interfaces with residents' physician regarding residents' condition, medications, and appointments or treatment.
• Implements orders as required.
• In cooperation with Care Partner Staff, may attend residents' needs and complete various ADL assistance.
• Updates electronic medical records.

The Skills You’ll Need

• Currently certified as a licensed vocational nurse per state regulations.
• Six months related experience and/or training in a skilled nursing or sub-acute setting preferred.
• Must be First Aid and C.P.R. certified.
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus.
• Must be willing and able to walk for multiple hours per shift with ease.
