Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting
- Active CA LVN certification
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
- IV & Blood withdrawal certification
- Special skills: EKG, Phlebotomy, IV Starts, EPIC
- Active license required at time of submission (no pending licenses)
- Must be available to float as needed
Schedule
- No weekend requirement
