About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities while following established healthcare protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and medication effectiveness.
• Administer medications and perform basic nursing procedures.
• Assist patients with bathing, feeding, hygiene, and dressing changes.
• Collect laboratory specimens and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients on self-care and treatment instructions.
• Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee LPN license or privilege to practice under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and nursing procedures.
• BLS/CPR skills and strong communication abilities.
