Essential Functions And Job Responsibilities

• Rotate between Salinas and Monterey offices weekly, based on clinic & staffing needs.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients, including daily Spanish communication and interpretation.
• Triage patients, read, interpret and follow doctor’s orders correctly to perform testing & procedures.
• Thoroughly document all patient care and patient interactions following appropriate documentation formats and guidelines.
• Maintain and manage inventory of medications, medical supplies, and follow all procedures regarding outdated medications.
• Restock daily and maintain all work areas clean.
• Maintain crash cart and know response plan for clinic emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• Valid CA LVN license.
• Graduate from college or technical school.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Problem-solving expertise and very detail-oriented.
• High ability to multitask and exercise clinical judgement in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

• $32.00 - $40.00 hourly.
• Paid based on a combination of candidates' experience and qualifications.
• Starts with a probationary training rate until fully trained.
• Bilingual Pay Differential.
