LVN - Home Health - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical procedures such as sterile dressings, injections, phlebotomy, and medication administration under RN or MD supervision.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans, coordinate treatments, and provide patient education.
• Maintain supply levels, ensure a clean environment, and participate in on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• LVN licensure in the practice state and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, arrhythmia certification, and a valid driver’s license.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to asepsis.
• Ability to perform clinical procedures.
• Effective communication for patient teaching.

Additional Requirements

• All associates must complete mandatory vaccinations and comply with organizational safety policies.
• The role may require on-call duties based on operational needs.
