LVN - Home Health (Field) Full-Time

About the role

Home Nursing & Therapy Services (HNTS) is a locally owned home health agency established in 1982. We provide high-quality home health services to individuals in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in patients' homes
• Work in a flexible schedule
• Contribute to occasional emergency calls and visits while on-call
• Timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program
• Active TX LVN/LPN license
• 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)
• CPR certification and TB testing
• Strong nursing and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• IV certification is a plus
• Experience with OASIS or Axxess EMR is a plus
