Job Title LVN, Full-Time Division/Program San Mateo - Mental Health Rehabilitation Center Services Starting Compensation 42.00 - 50.40 USD Per Hour Working Location: Redwood City: Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (In-Person position) Working Hours/Shift FT, Tuesday-Sunday, PM shift ( 3:00 pm -11:30 pm) Why Join Our Team? Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What You Bring To SBHG (qualifications) Education Graduation from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing or psychiatric technology required.Associate's degree, preferred Experience One (1) year working as a nurse/psych tech in a behavioral health field.One (1) year medication administration experience required. License And Certification Valid California LVN or an LPT license.Current CPR and first aid certification. How You Will Make a Difference (job Overview) The LVN / LPT provides direct client care including medications and basic medical intervention and education, following standard nursing practices. Division/Program Overview Population Served: Adults (Ages 18–64) with severe mental health challenges that have required placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health setting. Facility & Setting: 16-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. Clinical Services: Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services delivered by a multidisciplinary team. Skills & Transition: Independent living skills development, self-sufficiency training, and transition planning for community re-entry.
